SnagAJob makes your job search easy. Either type in your zip code, city and state, or search by specific employer. You can also enter your email address and zip code, instantly signing up for SnagAJob’s email list. Star Reviews found this job search website very convenient because of this. Those who sign up for the free profile search can indicate which industry, employer or position they wish to apply for. Once Star Reviews signed up for a profile, which took mere minutes, we were immediately greeted with a Google map of open jobs in our area! Compared to other job search engines, this was a definite plus.

Career Categories:

SnagAJob offers an extensive list of job categories in a drop-down menu. Some of these range from Amusement Park, Customer Service, Automotive to Marketing. They are all within a 10-mile radius of the chosen zip code.

Create Specific Job Search:

This site allows job hunters to change their range of zip codes for up to 30 miles. Users can also edit their profiles to match keywords and fields with jobs they may be interested in.

SnagAJob offers efficient toll-free phone support and email support for prospective employees and employers. Star Reviews received an email back within an hour and when registering for a profile, received an instant email “thank you.” Setting up a profile is quick and self-explanatory. The site doesn’t have a FAQs database, but if a user has a question, they can either email or call SnagAJob’s phone support.

Upside:

Very user-friendly, great source for hourly positions, zip code searches with maps.

Downside:

Lacks full-time and salaried positions, but then again, it is the top hourly job search engine on the Web!
