My Computer infetcted by Trojan, Spyware & worms. I Finding Anti-Spyware Software on internet & I found latest version of Spyware Doctor 6.2.4. I purchased this software from Buyfastsoftware.com in cheapest price. I installed this software on my computer. I scan my computer with the Spyware Doctor 6.2.4 & Clean Safely all Trojans, Spyware, Worms & unwated programs from my system. This software provide Realtime Protection for System to prevent Trojans, Spyware & Worms attack.

I purchased Spyware Doctor to remove a Trojan.Adware virus. The software did not perform as advertised. It did not remove the virus nor was I able to remove Spyware Doctor from my system.
Finally, after working with this software for two days, it hungup my computer so badly that I had to unplug the power to turn off the computer. In total frustration, I had to format the hard drive to get rid of Spyware Doctor and the virus.

I called pctools customer support to request an RMA to get my money back. They refused to honor their warranty.

When I was looking for a way to remove spyware off my recently new laptop, I was looking for something that was affordable as well as to get the job done. Since there are many options out there on the market for spyware, I try this program since it was the most affordable and it was able to get the work that I needed done. This software works great and I am always receiving notices of possible spy ware that this on my computer. Since I had no bad experience with this program, I am unable to report any issues with customer service.
