Recently I bought a battery backup for my computer. I qualified for the free shipping. It was amazing how fast it was delivered to my door. The closest store in my area is over an hour drive so the online store is a fast and convenient way for me to shop for my office supply needs without having to leave the comfort of my chair. Now that’s service! I find shopping in the store to be overwhelming by not knowing which way to turn but the online store is very well organized which makes what I’m looking for easy to find.

Staples.com is great. I actually like it better than shopping at the retail store which is odd for me. The website is easy to navigate and its easy to find exactly what you are looking for. They often have shipping deals, especially around the holidays and school starting time. The retail stores are hard to navigate, so that is why I like the website so much more. I would recommend this site to anyone who is in need of basic office supplies. I would not use it to purchase computers and the like, as I feel you need to "see" those first (but that is just me). Good all around site.
