T-Mobile is a great company compared to others.I have used other services and found things i didnt like. T-Mobile has its problems for sure. All i can say is its the over all best pick.Also the longer you are with them the better they treat you.

This company was horrible. From deceptive sales misinformation to customer service, this company was not worth the money I paid. Customer service was terrible and when I tried to end my service, after completing my contract, the person and manager who attended me were disrespectful and nasty. This has been one of the worse customer service treatments I have ever received and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Rarely does anybody talk about their cell provider unless it's to complain, but I have all positive things to say about T-Mobile. We've been their customers for years, and we're completely satisfied.
We have a family plan with three phones that share 1500 minutes. We only pay for 1000 minutes, because once when we called to ask if there was a service outage in a particular area, the rep said that there was not, but that since we had been inconvenienced, he would change our account to 1500 minutes at no extra charge.
Another time, my daughter sent a phone back in a prepaid box, but it never arrived. Not only that, UPS couldn't find anything relating to it in their system. I was prepared to have to pay for the phone, but instead, T-Moblie thanked me for being a good customer and took the charge off the account. This kind of service is rare!
I have to admit that I have an occasional dropped call, and sometimes I'll be without signal in certain areas, but I think that's to be expected with any company. The important thing is that the customer service is top notch.
