We feel this combination of services caters to a wide variety of customers, making The Audio Book Store a great pick for almost any book fan.

We were impressed that The Audio Book Store offers MP3s and CD rentals. Not everyone has an MP3 player (shocking, but true). Those who don't can take advantage of the snail-mail CD rentals. Those with portable media devices can instantly download the titles they want. It's a win-win service all the way around.

The selection at this online audio bookstore was also impressive. They offer more than 40,000 titles spanning 20 different genres. And even with the mass selection, finding what you want is easy. The search features are comprehensive and finding what we wanted took just minutes.

The Audio Book Store’s Customer Service:

The Audio Book Store's customer service is quite extensive. They offer live chat, phone support and email help. Phone support was very helpful, taking the time to explain how the credit system works and the benefits the site offers its members. Email support was just as useful, getting us a response the same day we sent in our question. Overall, we have to say that The Audio Book Store definitely knows how to treat their customers and they definitely work to answer any questions you may have.

Upside:

The Audio Book Store offers to download Audio Books or Rent MP3 Books on CD. It offers for instant downloading over 50,000 audio books to your MP3 player, iPod, or iPhone. You can also rent from over 22,000 Books on CD.
You can choose from categories such as Romance, Fiction, Nonfiction, Science Fiction, Sports, Business, Mystery, History and so on.
You can also find audiobooks by the most well known authors of past and present including Dan Brown, Dean Koontz, John Grisham and Stephen King to Ernest Hemingway, Charles Dickens and William Shakespeare.
The website has got two sections separately for 'Download Service' and 'CD Rental Service'. You can download any book for just $7.49 and can rent unlimited CDs just $15 per month.

I think its worth trying. I give it 4 star rating.
