The Thumbplay Experience:
Upon connecting to the Thumbplay website, we were immediately bombarded with a flashing banner, a full-screen advertisement, and pause in load time. The Thumbplay homepage simply has too many features crammed into one space, and too many ads obscuring users’ view of the main products.

Site links are provided on the top of the web page as well as along the side. However, even with these tabs, it is difficult to know how to find certain features and products, and we feel that drop-down menus may have helped this process.

Fortunately, signing up for Thumbplay was easier than navigating the site. All we had to do was provide our phone number, email address and choose the plan we wanted and we were on our way. And even though the site's design and layout may not be ideal, the selection is definitely nothing to sneeze at. From hip hop to country and everything in between Thumbplay offers thousands of ringtones. If you're looking for an unbeatable ringtone selection, this is it.

Thumbplay Customer Service:
Thumbplay offers customer support via an online FAQ and email. The online help information covers a wide range of topics including getting started, downloading ringtones and accessing account information. The company also offers service via toll-free phone and email support. When emailing customer service we received a response within one business day. Phone support was also fast and efficient. We held for less than thirty seconds and spoke with a very amiable representative who was able to answer our questions with a pleasant attitude and easy-to-understand answers.

Upside:
Huge selection of ringtones, great phone support, interactive online community.

Downside:
There are quite a few cell phone service providers that are not compatible with Thumbplay.

Thumbplay is one of the best ringtone download service. They provide you with outstanding customer service, endless library of content and lower pricing plans. You can browse ibrary by artist, genre, charts, type of media and by category. They have got more than 50000 ringtones on offer. I like their 10 bonus downloads scheme with the first month's subscription. They provide you with 24/7 phone support.
