The Turbo Tax software is extremely easy to use. It walks you through step by step. If you are unsure along the way you can easily click to read the "help" topic for the area you are on. If you are really stuck they do have live online assistance available.

Another great feature is the review. The review catches any errors or mistakes you may have made and gives you the option of correcting them. I also really like the feature that compares last years tax return to your current years returns.

The only drawback to Turbo Tax is that the price has significantly risen over the last few years.

I used TurboTax for years, until the price for it got so high I had to switch.  That is my only complaint with this software too.  It is really easy to use, walks you through each and every step as you fill out the computer forms, has easy to find help buttons if you are lost, and they offer software for basic tax filers all the way up to schedule c business filers.  I used to own my own business and used the schedule c software and it worked great.  It also checks for things you may have left out or messed up at the end and allows you to file electronically if you are allowed.  I would recommend this software to anyone really, just be aware that it is not cheap.
