I absolutely love using Turbo Tax to do my taxes. I used to go to H & R Block to do my taxes, but their prices have gotten way too expensive for me. I can now do my taxes through Turbo Tax and it walks me through everything. I find now that I am getting even more money back on my taxes than I was using a professional service. I like that it walks through every single source of income or deduction that there is to offer. Also, it has a great Q&A section, so if I have any confusion, there is professional answers to every question you can imagine. It also sends me an e-mail after I e-file to let me know if the government has approved or denied my taxes, it is wonderful!

All this makes it a ok kind of a service. I give it 5 stars rating.

The Turbo Tax software is extremely easy to use. It walks you through step by step. If you are unsure along the way you can easily click to read the "help" topic for the area you are on. If you are really stuck they do have live online assistance available.

Another great feature is the review. The review catches any errors or mistakes you may have made and gives you the option of correcting them. I also really like the feature that compares last years tax return to your current years returns.

The only drawback to Turbo Tax is that the price has significantly risen over the last few years.
