Customer Service is Worst. It is connected to outside US. When we ask questions. They do not know anything. Why should one pay money to block your records on the web. All the private information is shown on the website. But FAQ says that it does not show any info.

Do not do business with this company. The information they provide can be found with a Google search and the customer service is useless. I recieved ONLY a 20 year old address and they refused to rebate the $50 I spent to get this information.

I was trying to find some lost family members to determine if they were even alive.  I found US Search through a search on Yahoo for free people information.  Their site states that you can look up public records information for free through their site.  I entered all the information I had on my family members and hit enter.  It came back that they had found the family members each time I searched.  The catch is, they find them and then they want you to pay them to view the information they found.  Therefore, the search is technically free, but the information they find during the search is not.  I thought this was devious and down right dishonest really.  I should not have to pay for information I can find legally for free through public records.  I would only recommend this site to those that are desperate enough to pay for it.
