With a venture like this, it would have been nice to see a customer support number for members to call, particularly if something goes wrong with a home exchange plan while in travel; however, there are a few online indirect e-mail options that are available.

We really enjoyed the video offered on the site. The footage certainly entices you to inquire about Sol Meliá’s accommodations. Additionally, the “Preview” centers are a great way to try out Sol Meliá’s services before making a full commitment to the vacation club membership.

That being said, we must say that we were somewhat disappointed with the lack of prices on the website. We were further disappointed when customer service refused to provide us with pricing information. If, however, price is not an issue, then this may be the perfect vacation club to meet your needs. They earn 4.5 Stars!
