Our Favorite Feature:

Our favorite feature was the free rush service. This was only available on select items, but the speed was well worth choosing from those items. While some promotional products can take weeks to get, Vendo Direct offers 24-hour rush service on select pens and other promotional products at no cost to you!

The Vendo Direct Experience:

If office supplies are your promotional products of choice, you can find an extensive selection at this site. They carry a wide range of pen designs and styles that suits your needs and budget. Aside from pens, VendoDirect also offers other promotional items like mugs, bottle openers, calendars, drink coolers, lighters, key chains, stress balls, toys and more.

You can also check out their executive line of products. Engraved metal pens go as low as $0.94 and full color printing is available for pens, bottle openers, and other items at regular cost.

The product pages were quite informative, offering product information, the minimum amount required to order, pricing, logo charge, and colors available. To order, you can fill out an order form or use the online shopping cart.

VendoDirect does offer rush service at no additional charge on select product. The one thing we didn't like about this website was the fact that you can't store your artwork online. In fact, you can't upload it at all. You need to send your logo to the company via email or via snail mail.

VendoDirect does guarantee the lowest pricing, but the selection is a bit limited if you're not looking for office products. For example, every other site we visited had aluminum sports bottles for sale. Vendo Direct was the only site that didn't. Overall we feel this site should work on offering more selection and added convenience.

Vendo Direct Customer Service:

You can contact Vendo Direct via phone or email. Both methods are helpful, although phone support is definitely quicker. We had a three-minute hold time on the phone, whereas email support took two days to get back to us.

Upside:

Downside:

Selection is quite limited.
