I found their customer service to be very good. They were very helpful, personable, and based in the US! They called back when they said they would and wouldn't end the call until I was completely comfortable with their help. For the money, they are far and away the best choice

this software is the worst. i loaded it onto two separate computers and within one week got two viruses. webroot customer service was difficult and unhelpful. i am still trying to recover from the viruses that attacked both computers. i have removed their software and now am searching for a new program.

In my 15 years working with a personal computer, I have never experienced the extent of complete indifference by the Customer Service group of this Company.
Almost immediately after downloading the product, I experienced an unusual noise. I clicked on the Email Button to get support. The Email Button failed to function, suggesting I contact "talk live", which I did. As I am a very slow typist (The reason for Emailing), support interrupted me stating I should Email my problem and gave me the Email address. The address was incorrect and failed transmission. Went Again to live for the correct address.
I finally received an Email from the Support Manager that I should go to "Live" in order to solve my problem.
So I cancelled the Order.
