poor quality and service

The ring we ordered from Zales@e.zales.com was first returned because they personalized it incorrectly. Now, eight months later, it is no longer round! Of course the warranty has expired, and we are left with a disappointing purchase. What a waste of money and time.
Not Trustworthy

I draw this impression from one of my brother's experience. According to him, they are good only until you make the payment. Their employees are interested in closing the deal. Once the deal is done, they would be rude in behavior. Their staff is not attentive. In fact my brother had to ask for the help. They were not even showing the variety of jewelry collection to choose from. They really provide for poor customer service. They need to change their attitude. Really a poor service.
