They have taken the proactive and fairly innovative approach of offering free on-site educational resources for the next generation to be able to learn and avoid similar financial issues in the future. ACCC Consumer Credit make the learning experience more fun and enjoyable with financially based quizzes and downloadable budget sheets for the younger generation, they also encourage others to participate by offering a “tell a friend” style link. The website experience was excellent; informative, educational, refreshing and backed up by testimonials from happy customers.

StarReviews' Favorite ACCC Consumer Credit Feature:ACCC provides a wide range of services, but one of the favorites hinges around their responsible attitude towards educating the younger generation. The website provides good educational quizzes, spreadsheets and downloadable templates for children to learn about finance and budgeting, making the site a family experience! The experience was excellent and informative, whether planning for the future or solving the problems of today, there is truly something for everyone on site.
ACCC Consumer Credit Pricing:In order to make use of full ACCC advisory services and join the debt management program there is an initial one off fee of $39 for enrollment. Maintenance fees on the program range from the minimum of $5 to a maximum of $35 per month depending on individuals circumstances.
ACCC Consumer Credit Customer Support:Customer Service is available by phone Monday – Thursday 9am to 11:30pm EST which we found to be very helpful since the time frames far exceeds normal working business hours. They are also available on Fridays between 9am to 8pm EST and on Saturdays from 10am to 6pm EST. Our call was promptly answered at their toll free number without having to wait on hold or go through a pre-longed automated system which again was nice. Trying to get out of debt is stressful enough, we didn't want to add onto the frustration by not being able to get in touch with someone quickly who could help!
Upside:- No minimum debt amount required

Downside:- Process may take a decent amount of time to get started, depending on the amount of debt owed.
