Working our way into our third hotel reservation review, Star Reviews came across All-Hotels. We were hooked immediately. Okay, so the landing page is a little cluttered with text, but don’t let this fool you. There is a world of convenience and fun features provided for travelers or curious visitors alike. Continue on for our findings below.

Navigating the All-Hotels Website Star Reviews admits we were a little intimidated by the amount of information waiting for us when we opened the main page. However, All-Hotels provides their Quick Search option in plain view, so you can easily start your search without too much trouble. You can check your bookings online once you’ve made them through My Bookings, cancel and re-book if you so wish.
We were pretty pleased that the Help link was readily available at the top of the homepage and it was fairly easy to sift through. One aspect of the site we loved was the ‘Featured Hotels’ section, where you can see which hotels and travel spots are on sale and raging in popularity. This helps the more spontaneous customer who doesn’t necessarily want to choose their own hotel. We appreciated how crisp the hotel images were, leaving us with a good sense of where we were headed on vacation. We would have liked to see some 360-degree tours, though!
All-Hotels Search Results: We were pretty content with the number of hotels that this hotel reservation service found for us. Although they failed to find us rooms for our desired weekend at Loews Miami Beach in September, they did find us reasonable rates at the Milford Plaza in New York and Wynn Las Vegas. We liked how the room and rate descriptions were clearly listed in colorful, gridded boxes for easy viewing. We must make mention that the site took a little time to load, although a neat ‘how many rooms found’ counter entertained us in the process!
Booking on All-Hotels: Booking the hotel room you want was a pretty painless experience for our team. First, we began by punching in our desired destination, number of people and dates. We were given a ton of options, which we decided to sort out by price. If you’re into five-star resorts, opt for luxury hotels. We liked the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Manhattan, chose a room rate, and were presented with a Booking Summary.
*Star Reviews Alert: Be aware of the fact that each hotel reserves the right to create their own cancellation policy, which All-Hotels notes in their booking summaries. At the particular hotel we looked at, we were notified that our room could not be changed, cancelled or refunded.

All-Hotels could have offered a few more customer support options, our team felt. There is a “Help” link at the top of the page for your added convenience and here you will find a list of FAQs and answers to assist you in your hotel reservation booking process.
Star Reviews had a few more questions about our reservation, so we utilized All-Hotels’ email support and received a confirmation immediately. We received a thorough response in a little over 24 hours. While this is speedy customer support response time, we were very disappointed in the lack of a telephone support line.
What if you arrived at your hotel in the middle of the night, only to find that your reservation was lost? The last thing on your mind would be to run and email the website. We must note that even for the email response, All-Hotels notes that their customer support will respond according to their UK office hours. This should definitely be kept in mind if you frequently need assistance.
Upside:
Wonderful hotel listings. Great travel guide. Easy to navigate.
Downside:
Low number of hotel matches found in several search results. No telephone support.
