We didn’t run into any problems sifting through the important information on their website. Anything vital you must know is listed along the bottom of the webpage, such as ‘FAQs’ and terms and conditions. The credit application was a breeze to complete, with a promise to ‘order your card in 60 seconds,’ as there were only about 10 blanks to fill out. We applaud them for making their signup process so simple.

Ok, so this doesn’t sound promising, but the Help index was very detailed and you’re sure to find answers to most any question you might have. There is also a ‘Features & Fees’ section, which explains what you get with your card and what costs you will incur. Still, we would have liked to see other customer support options, such as email, telephone or live chat.

Summary:
We always like prepaid credit cards that give you cool features and the All-Access® MasterCard® Prepaid Card doesn’t disappoint. It’s all too common for a prepaid credit card to let cardholder benefits get lost in the shuffle, but we found some unique features here! We really enjoyed the wireless account alerts, where you can monitor and see account balances right on your cell phone. We also appreciated the $5 per referral program, which gives you the opportunity to make some money.
There is no annual fee and free direct deposit, so those are definite perks. We didn’t like how participation fees and application fees were supposedly absent, but then found the costs in the fine print. We felt they should have been more up front about these costs. Customer support through FAQs were great, but we would have liked to see more. Overall, this is a decent choice in prepaid credit cards.
