Customer service for Barry’s Tickets can be reached at 866-708-8499. Our call was answered immediately by a representative named Bill who was extremely friendly. We inquired about hours for pick-up at the various California locations, and he advised that, except for the downtown Los Angeles office, the locations do not have regular Sunday hours, but are open on those Sundays for which an event is scheduled. He offered to provide direct contact phone numbers for those offices, as well as a direct line to the downtown LA location. That office, just a few steps from the Staples Center, is open seven days per week from 10:00am until 9:00pm. This experience at Barry’s Tickets gave us the impression that customer service is a top priority of this online ticket broker.
