We opted to get the white Touch N Brush as opposed to the optional chrome finish, for slightly more money of course. We were pleased to see that we got a Sonic 4X Toothbrush as a free gift with our Touch N Brush order, anytime we can get a little more for our money we are happy. The Touch N Brush is designed to be a solution for applying toothpaste onto your toothbrush without getting any on the sink or vanity area and also making sure all of the toothpaste in the tube is used. The Touch N Brush uses patented Vacuum Force technology to distribute the perfect amount of toothpaste, while insuring you use every bit of toothpaste in the tube.
At first look we thought the Touch N Brush had a nice fit and finish, it came in a well packaged box and looked pretty easy to assemble. There were product instructions included to help us install it if we had any questions. It was nice to have the included 3M mounting plate so that if you could mount the Touch N Brush to wood or drywall surfaces if you didn’t have tile or a mirror to mount it to.
Installing the Touch N Brush took seconds and we were ready to use it after about a minute – the toothpaste tube just slides into the Touch N Brush and after a few pumps to prime it, the Vacuum Force technology had the perfect amount of toothpaste on our brush. Touch N Brush didn’t drip any toothpaste out of the dispenser, so we had a clean sink area. We then decided to see just how effective the Touch N Brush could be at using every drop of toothpaste, and it passed that test – the empty tube looked sucked out and there wasn’t a drop of paste left! Removal of the Touch N Brush from the mirror proved to leave no long term marks and after a quick pass with glass cleaner it was like it was never even there.
Pros
- No electric or batteries required.
- Attaches quickly and easily to all surfaces with the two suction cups - won't leave marks or residue when you remove.
- Dispenses the perfect amount of toothpaste.
- Uses every drop of toothpaste.
- Sonic 4x Electric toothbrush worked decent for a free gift.
- Touch N Brush didn’t drip and we had a clean sink area.
Cons
- You will need some room or be willing to sacrifice some mirror space possibly to use the Touch N brush.
Overall, the Touch N Brush impressed us, it is easy to use and worked very nicely. It passed all of our tests and left not a drop of toothpaste left in the tube. The white finish was nice and we are sure the chrome finish would be just as nice if your décor called for such. It is nice to have a product that doesn’t have to be permanently mounted, so removal at any time is no big deal. The free gift Sonic 4x Electric toothbrush worked nicely (although 2 AA batteries were not included) and we would say it is comparable to a Crest Spinbrush in performance.
StarReviews give the Touch N Brush 6 out of 6 Stars, that is our highest rating and the As Seen on TV Touch N Brush certainly earned it by passing all of our tests.
