Kitchen gadgets are among our favorite types of products to review and there always seems to be an abundance of them on the market. The Snap ‘N Slice promises to make the tedious kitchen chore of slicing, dicing and wedging "a snap". IT seemed like a pretty basic, straightforward tool in the infomercial so we brought in to StarReviews and put it to the test.
The kit comes with both a regular slicing tool as well as a wedge-slicing tool. The regular slicer comes with an additional insert that allows it to make 12 thinner slices instead of the 6 slices you would normally get. The package also includes a peeler and a scooper/huller.
We tested out the slicer with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and the Snap ‘N Slice worked really well. It cut through everything with ease and provided perfectly cut, even slices. Installing the additional insert for making thin slices was quick and easy. Just like the thicker slices, the thinner slices were perfect and done in seconds. The wedger proved to be just as good as the slicer when we tested it with both tomatoes and potatoes.

The Snap ‘N Slice is definitely going to make your job in the kitchen simpler when it comes to slicing. It’s a compact, easy to use tool that will provide you with perfect, even slices in seconds. It can handle virtually any fruit or vegetable and when you are done you can just throw it in the dishwasher. This product would definitely be a solid addition to most kitchens and we gave the Snap ‘N Slice an overall rating of 5 out of 6 Stars.
