I generally like to write all the content and information that I provide on StarReviews but sometimes the information that is available is so good that I just want to share this with you.  The CNN Video below is an interview with Data Doctors and points out some very simply facts about security software, some off which we have pointed out here in the past.   First you need to maintain active antivirus.  That means of the product has expired ... it is not really very useful to you anymore.  Also, mixing old machines and new antivirus is a nightmare waiting to happen.  Removing antivirus software from your computer can be tricky, so if you can avoid it ... do so.
