For those of us out there who like to stay in shape here are five great fitness accessories/items you should own. I tried to vary it up and keep a range of items in my top five. It was hard to narrow it down to just five but I think I have some of the essentials. I wanted to keep the list both useful and affordable. These are all items that anyone trying to get in shape or stay in shape should be able to use on a regular basis. Without any further ado, here is the list:
1. Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer - A pedometer is used to measure how far you have walked or run. The Omron HJ-122 is perfect for most anyone’s needs. What I like about this particular unit is that its dual sensor technology allows it to work in your pocket or a bag. Traditional pedometers need to be attached to your belt to work. So just drop it in your purse or pocket each morning and see how far you walked that day. The HJ-122 will measure your steps, aerobic steps and minutes. 2. Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer - Everyone wants to get a better-looking stomach but no one wants to work his or her abs. That is exactly why this piece of equipment is so amazing.
