Pregnancy can be a rough time for a woman. As a woman nears the end of her pregnancy, it gets more and more uncomfortable trying to find a position to lay and sleep in. This is were a body pillow is a must. Comfortable Sweats and Pants
Most maternity clothes are not so comfortable, so pregnant women will want to stock up on any comfortable sweats or pants that they come across. If you find that you really like a pair of pants, I recommend going back and buying at least two more pairs.
Tums
Heartburn and indigestion are pretty common during pregnancy. Some heartburn medicines may not be approved by your doctor, but I have never heard of any doctors being against Tums taken in moderation. At the earliest onset of heartburn, take two Tums to help control it. If you have really bad heartburn, you may want to talk to your doctor about it as he may prescribe you something stronger.
Community Forum
Although this is really not a product per say, but it is a great thing to have when you are pregnancy. Community forums like the one on BabyCenter are a great place to get advice from other moms or to connect with other moms-to-be that are going through the same thing you are. Your partner may not always understand what is going on during your pregnancy, but you can be rest assured another pregnant woman will understand completely.
