Bush DVD offers a movie rental system similar to Netflix. You sign up for a membership that allows you to choose a certain number of movies at a time and, after a few days, you receive them in the mail. One of the most unusual things about this adult DVD rental website is that they allow you to rent movies on a per-title basis. This is very useful for someone who might not want or need a monthly membership. It is convenient to be able to rent when you choose and not worry about paying for a service that you aren’t using.
The rent-per-title feature works the same as the monthly rental membership service. You can choose a title to rent, some of them as low as $1.49, for 7 days. Once you choose your titles they are shipped to you within 2-4 business days. The only downside is that there is a flat rate shipping fee of $2.99 for this service.

First, we have to say that we love the layout and design of this adult DVD rental website. It is clean, simple and easy to read without annoying ads or lots of distracting blinking advertisements. That is very unusual for most adult DVD rental websites! In addition to the usual browse-by category, search and keyword features, Bush DVD allows the users to browse movies by director name and studio. All of the titles have large scans of the front and back of the DVD box. There are even movie reviews with detailed play-by-pays for most of the popular titles. While these are some great features to have on the site, we were still caught up on the browse by director feature which I have personally never seen before on an adult DVD rental website!
The signup process for Bush DVD is simple. You just enter your name and details and give your credit card number to start your free trial. Once you are a member you will have access to your queue and wish list. Once you have completed the signup process, you'll be very pleased to know that Bush DVD offers each of their members 10 free VOD minutes for joining! You simply choose the movies you want to rent and if they aren’t available the add button will be grayed out so you know to make another selection. If the movie is available it will be entered into the queue then sent out within 2-4 business days. The DVDs are shipped in discreet packages so no need to worry about the mailman or nosey neighbors! We were also pretty shocked to see that Bush DVD is one of the first adult DVD websites that allows shipping to a P.O. Box.

Bush DVD Customer Service:
The Bush DVD website is very easy to understand. They include a nice FAQ page as well as detailed help pages on each feature offered by the site. The help pages give a detailed, step-by-step process on how the site works. There is a toll-free customer service number that is prominently displayed at the top of the site. You can also contact customer service through the contact us page which has a form and email address.
When we called the toll-free number there was a bit of a wait to talk to a representative (about 5 minutes) but we can chalk that up to the busy holiday season. Once we were connected the rep was very helpful and friendly. Our attempts to contact through the provided contact form took around 8 hours to get a reply back. Overall, we would say that Bush DVD has good customer service although we feel a live chat feature would help to round it out a bit
