Aside from that, the user interface, while slightly lackluster, was definitely manageable and we appreciated the simplicity that was presented. We were able to perform system scans in short order and had no trouble navigating from section to section. For the most part, this software is a stable anti-virus program that is able to catch and eliminate most threats without a problem. It did let one threat through, but caught it when we ran a scan of the system. We do need to mention, however, that advanced users will probably not be as satisfied with this software due to the lack of customization options. Both of these functions were able to answer many of the questions that a typical user might encounter and they seemed to be quite effective for most issues. If on-line support is not an option for you CA does offer telephone support as well. There is one drawback however that makes this option for problem resolution a problem. That problem is cost. So if you plan on calling a tech to help you with your problems be prepared to pay out some money to do so.
