The worst experience I have had applying for an auto loan. I have excellent credit and have an annual income at least 6 times the amount of my loan. I was instantly approved online with a great rate, but had to endure several weeks of hassle including daily calls on my part where I was reassurred that my additional documents were received, only to call the next day and be told otherwise. I was hung up on several times as people placed me on hold and was always told I would have a response within a few hours of receiving my documents. Two weeks, 5 faxes and about 15 phone calls later, I've given up and recommend you look elsewhere too. With such poor customer service while trying to get my business, I can only imagine how they will handle my loan.

When all of the other companies told us no when it comes to getting a car loan Capital one say yes and was more then willing to assist us in anything when it comes to helping people with not so great credit. Since we have had some issues with our credit, we were lucky when we are able to receive a car loan with a excellent demo car with capital one. After the car was financed and the payments begin, this company was willing to assist us in finding the right payment date for us. The company also offers us a 10 day extension on payment if we were ever late. Thanks to this company we will able to established are credit and was able to produce on future purchases.

I had tried getting a loan for my new vehicle at three different places and was turned down due to past credit. I was about to give up when my father suggested I try Capital one auto loans. I thought I had nothing to lose and I applied. To my surprise I was approved for the full amount of my loan with a semi reasonable interest rate. With my credit I definitely couldn't complain about the rate, I was just grateful they loaned me the money. Now I have a great vehicle with affordable payments and my credit score is rising each month. Capital One is a great place for anyone to get a vehicle loan.
