Charge.com Customer Service:
When reviewing the customer service options for contact to Charge.com, oddly there was no toll free number. The only means of contact was in writing to their main address or filling out the online form they provided so that they can contact you back which can be found here: http://www.charge.com/contact.aspx
A test email was sent and a message that said Charge.com would respond to our inquiry shortly popped up on a confirmation page. We found that we were contacted by phone by a representative within an hour to address our questions.
Upside:
Choosing this merchant service provider means that a new merchant would receive cost-effective credit card processing options, even as a new business just getting started. Free software as well as an option to purchase a refurbished terminal is a great starter for a small business.
Downside:
No customer service number is provided in order to contact Charge.com with questions.
