We were very impressed by the amount of information given regarding CuraDebt’s history and management team. Our first impression of the CuraDebt homepage was that it was businesslike and professional. The green color scheme corresponds with the monetary focus of the company, providing a very aesthetically pleasing browsing experience. From the homepage, users can access the site contents, fill out a free savings estimate form, and review a list of the benefits of CuraDebt’s various debt management programs.
CuraDebt’s website states that the company has settled over $100 million in consumer and business debt, and has also provided bill management services for hundreds of clients in order to help them stay on track with their payments. On its website, CuraDebt makes it clear that its staff resolves debt issues by dealing directly with creditors and loan officers, effectively lessening the effects of creditor harassment. For those who are being stalked by creditor calls, this is a huge plus.
Another thing we liked about the CuraDebt experience is that the website informs customers that CuraDebt is a commission-based program – they get paid a percentage of the money you save using their service. This means that the CuraDebt credit counselors are highly motivated to save customers as much money as possible. We found no other debt relief company that made this claim, and thought it was quite reassuring.

CuraDebt provides a contact link for customer questions and comments. The link took us to a separate website containing a knowledge base and FAQ information as well as articles and an e-ticket help request form. We received a response to our email inquiry the same day it was sent and the phone support was just as helpful. There was little to no hold time and the rep we spoke with was very friendly, offering us information on how their programs work and why they are the better choice for most consumers.
Upside:
