I found eDiets online diet service very simple to use. I loved the forums and support from other members. The challenges they offer are a great incentive for losing weight and sticking to a diet program. I enjoyed the service more than other diet programs because it was so easy to use and even easier to make changes to your program. It just takes a few clicks and you can try change meal plan programs and have a whole new menu generated! I would still be a member but I can not afford the extra cost right now.

In my resolution to lose weight, I decided to sign up for eDiets.  I've heard a lot of information about it, and I thought it would be nice to have some website that keeps me motivated. The sign up process is simple to do.  It asks you a series of questions about your goal and your current eating habits.  It takes less than 5 minutes to create a private profile of yourself.  Then, the site suggests diets tailored to your answers to previous questions. The most important function on here is the support board.  You can talk with others who are on a similar battle and gain encouragement there.  It's so refreshing to focus on your health in a supportative environment, especially if you don't have any friends who are going through weight problems.

There are so many different diets on the market these days, some that include the usage of points, some that make you buy "their" food and others that just starve you to death. Since I was young I never really had to diet, as I got older I found that my eating habits needed to change based on how my body was changing and I was at a loss as to what to do. I tried so many diets and honestly the only one that helped me lose over 20 pounds in 5 months was eDiets. Their website was so helpful in many ways, the only thing I would warn anyone about was there were many different options and levels of dieting you could choose from which was a little confusing, but I was able to muster through that and find the right fit. Essentially eDiets taught me how to eat right and kick start my metabolism without sacrificing the foods I like to eat. I basically setup a profile on eDiets, told them what I like, don't like, and how much exercise I do and I was on my way to getting my daily diet plan - quick, easy and painless. I was even able to eat fast food on occassion so long as I followed my diet plan I was able to monitor my caloric intake so I would not go overboard. eDiets really helped me and I was so glad that I did it.
