TERRIBLE Customer Service and Skills

I loved the products I found on EPROMOS and I was so excited to order them. My rep was never available and EPROMOS continually halted my order once they received my payment. I had a deadline to meet for these items and my important deadline was thrown out the window. I was assured when I sent my payment that the shipping would be adequate and there would be no problems. EPROMOS would forget to contact me and continued to make excuses about the late shipping date. Ultimately I was told me to upgrade my shipping or go elsewhere. The products still look awesome, I just wish they valued their customers.
