I admit, I'm intrigued by ELF. I haven't actually purchased anything, but I've been to this site many, many times over the past 6 months. The prices are obscenely cheap ($1 for eyeliner?), and the site is easy to navigate, which is always something I look for in a shopping site.

Why I haven't purchased any item is because I do not like the price of shipping. If you order less than $75 (and with the going rate being $1 an item, I'd have to be opening my own cosmetic shop to meet that price), you pay a shipping charge of $6.95... and that seems like way too much for a tube of lipstick that ways less than 1 oz.

As a site, easy to find what you're looking for, and fast. Not bad.
