Equifax Customer Service:
While Equifax's product may be adequate and cost effective, their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. We held for almost 10 full minutes before speaking with an Equifax representative. When we finally got someone on the line they were less than friendly and didn't even know what the $20,000 insurance policy covered. To make matters worse, they never even bothered to respond to our email inquiry. At least there was on online information database for us to reference. If you're a stickler for service, Equifax is definitely not the way to go.
