There are several featured products on the Equifax website that it was hard to decide which one to choose. Consumers
can choose one or all of the products to optimize their chances of
meeting their goals of preventing identity theft, paying off debts or
monitoring their credit score. Know the interest rates that you qualify
for based on your credit score with their Score Power feature before you
go out to make a major purchase such as a home or a car.
Equifax’s 3 in 1 credit report with Fico scores lets consumers get
the complete picture of their credit by viewing all of the three major
credit reporting agencies reports including Transunion, Equifax and
Experian. Every credit reporting agency does not report the same things
so it is imperative to check all three for accuracy. Equifax provides access to other free resources as well, which is always a great feature to have when it comes to something as important as your credit standing. The Mortgage Match
feature matches consumers with lenders for a no obligation consultation
or quote. Rate Finder searches for the best interest rate for credit
cards, car loans and mortgages based on your Fico score. Correct errors
on your Equifax report directly through their website because you are
going straight to the source, the credit bureau itself. Receive a free
credit report annually via FACT which allows consumers to check their
credit report free each year for errors and identity theft through
Equifax.
When you become an Equifax member, you will receive exclusive offers and
promotional specials from their partners, which you can opt out of if
you choose. You browse the Equifax Learning Center tab located on their
site which will give you answers to any questions you may have about any
of the services offered by Equifax to learn about its features and
benefits before you buy. After hours of researching, I decided that the best option for me personally was the Equifax Complete program.
What's New with Equifax Complete?

StarReviews' Favorite Equifax Complete Feature: Our favorite feature of the Equifax Complete credit reporting service is the Debt Wise feature. Debt Wise is a step by step plan that allows consumers to pay down their debt faster while saving a lot of money in interest charges. The plan is not only easy to create but easy to use helping consumers stay on track for paying off debt. You can pick and choose which of the debts on your credit report that you want to include as well as add debts that may not be on your credit report. There are tips and tools to help track your spending and help you to meet your financial goals.

Equifax Complete Pricing: Although there is no free trial available for the Equifax Complete program, we felt that the monthly charge of $16.95 was pretty reasonable for the features it comes with.
Equifax Complete Customer Service: Equifax has a toll free customer service number and the representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week which is a huge benefit to site users. However the number is somewhat automated so you have to go through a list of options before reaching a live person. Once you do, however, you will be just as impressed with their service as I was. If you are anything like me, when it comes to your credit report, you'll have a pretty lengthy list of questions also. The representative was quite patient with me and made sure he answered each one of my questions efficiently before moving on to the next. There is a post office box address listed so consumers can send them correspondence mail if necessary. If you wish to receive your free annual credit report due to the FACT Act, you can go directly to the site to do so and bypass consumer service altogether, the web address is listed on the customer service tab. Additionally you can obtain answers to commonly asked questions by accessing the FAQ tab.
Upside:
This is one of the best all inclusive credit reporting websites that we have found. You can access all three of your credit reports, get all of your Fico scores, monitor your reports monthly for changes as well as get 24 hour identity theft alerts sent directly to your inbox or cell phone all from this one provider.
Downside:
The customer service number is automated and you may have to go through somewhat of a hassle of pressing button on different options before reaching a live person to assist you. Also, Equifax does not offer a free trial period for their services.
