The Experience
Once at FrontRowUSA, you will notice a very well laid out site that is super easy to navigate. Users may search the site by event, city, category, events for the family, and a dedicated ‘what’s hot’ section. When searching for an event, it takes only one or two clicks to reach a purchase page. Tickets can be purchased quickly and easily.
Unfortunately, with the exception of sporting events, the usual response to a click is two paragraphs of canned copy about FrontRowUSA, ending with, “Sorry, no upcoming events for [selected event or performer].” Obviously, some areas of the site are outdated. For example, Bea Arthur, Bernie Mac, and Michael Jackson are all listed as current performers, yet they have all passed away. When a user clicks one of these names to purchase tickets for an event, the site brings you to a page assuring premium tickets “in your hands within 24 hours”. Also, the ‘Family Events’ page is bare.
When seeking a refund policy, we found that Front Row USA does not offer a cash refund for cancelled events, but will offer a credit for a future event only if ticket is returned within ten days of the scheduled event.

A broker’s fee [the cost of locating and buying the ticket], shipping charges, and
a service charge [unspecified amount, a percentage of the cost of the ticket], are added to the box office price. Concert Tickets, for example, bear an additional ten percent of the ticket amount. Prices will vary by event and base price of tickets.
Customer Service
Customer service can be reached on a toll free number, 800-277-8499. A test call placed to Front Row USA was answered promptly. We inquired about tickets to an upcoming event, but we were told we should call back the next day between 9am and 5pm. Customer service at Front Row USA could definitely stand a bit of improvement.
