The Intelius website was quick, simple, and fun to use. The website’s search engine was able to search through hundreds of people, using the person’s name, address, phone, email, or social security number.
We found the Intelius website is to be tasteful, user-friendly and it was very easy to get comprehensive information on anyone we were interested in finding or doing a bit of research on. Intelius is committed to expanding and pretty soon they'll be offering nanny checks and neighborhood watch services. As for the power of their searches, the fact that many of the best people finder websites on the Internet use Intelius to power their own searches speaks volumes about the company's accuracy.

When we emailed our question in to the company we got an answer back the very next day. Phone support was quicker, answering our call in less than 60 seconds and providing us with detailed answers to the questions we had.
Upside:
Powerful search features, competitive pricing, great customer support.
Downside:
We felt the actual search features should have been filtered more – too many results were provided for many of the searches we performed.
