application is a four step process and takes just about 15 minutes to
complete. Once the application is complete, you get to see four

that Lending Tree is not a direct lender, but rather a match maker that
matches you with a chosen lender but still, Lending Tree is a great one stop shop to get the best rates and let the lenders look for you.

There are no fees associated with using the Lending Tree service of matching a borrower with a lender. Origination fees will vary depending on lender chosen, loan product, state, and loan amount.
Lending Tree Customer Service
Lending Tree offers phone support from a Lending Tree Customer Care service representative at 1-800-555-TREE or 1-888-272-1355. Live customer support can be obtained from 8:00 am - 7:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. There is also an online customer chat feature. When we tried the customer chat feature however, we were told that there were no agents available to help us even though we tried within the chat operating hours of 8:00 am - 7:30 pm EST Monday through Friday. Lending Tree can also be contacted by snail mail at Lending Tree, LLC 11115 Rushmore Drive Charlotte, NC 28277.
We found the Lending Tree Customer Care service representative that we spoke to over the phone to be professional and helpful. He even offered to complete our loan application over the phone.
