Debix's Customer Service
Debix offers customer service via email, a toll-free phone number and an online help database. We found all methods of support to be quite effective. When we called Debix the call was immediately answered by a knowledgeable and helpful rep who explained the major differences between Debix and other identity theft protection services. Email support was also efficient. We received an in-depth response within hours of submitting our email request. While the online knowledge database was definitely informative, we felt it could have been a bit easier to navigate. Overall, our experience with Debix's service was definitely above par.
