Customer Service
Merchant Warehouse customer service can be reached toll free at 1-800-749-2173. There is a Live Chat option and a Customer Service Center which is located here: http://merchantwarehouse.com/customer_service. When we called the toll free number we did have to go through an automated service. We pressed Option #1 for Sales. The phone rang several times before being answered by someone who sounded as if they ran to their phone. Although knowledgeable, the representative was not as friendly as we would have expected and seemed to want to get the phone call over with as quickly as possible.
