Star Reviews' Favorite Music Download Feature:
This is a hard one, picking out a "favorite" feature of a site that we weren't at all pleased or impressed with is a problem. However, we'd say that our favorite feature was the fact that they offer phone support (although unlimited live tech support will cost you $9.88 per month).
The MP3DownloadHQ Experience:
At first glance the MP3DownloadHQ website looks pretty impressive, touting more than 120 million songs to choose from in addition to movie and software downloads. However, first impressions can be deceiving.
As with all things that seem too good to be true, we began digging a little deeper and, low and behold, we found out some pretty disturbing things. First, MP3DownloadHQ is NOT a music download store like iTunes or Napster. It's a P2P file sharing software provider. This means that the music you download with this service may not be legal, and may come with spyware and viruses attached.
To make matters worse, the "file sharing" software isn't free when you use this service. It'll cost you about $10 a year. In addition to the basic fees the website charges, they also charge other fees if you're not careful. And what if you want to cancel the service? Get ready to pay a $9.95 "cancellation" fee on top of it.

MP3DownloadHQ Customer Service:
MP3DownloadHQ does offer customer service via phone, but it's not really the website that provides the service – it's a third-party customer service provider. They were able to answer our questions up-front and honestly, but they couldn't seem to fathom why we thought it was wrong to charge for something we could get elsewhere for free.
Upside:
Live phone support, millions of songs.
Downside:
Similar services offered for no cost.
