Going one step further, when you call the toll free number, you are subjected to a drawn out automated system that repeatedly tells you that the system can only help you if you are filling out the application for the first time. it urges customers to use the website and online forms to contact customer service for loan status and any other questions regarding your loan. I filled out the online form and was very disappointed that it took almost 3 full business days to receive a response.
