One particular feature that stands out on the OptionsHouse website is the webinar section. Here you can gain access to useful information that will help you make the right decisions when it comes to online stock trading. You are offered the option to register for these webinars early which we highly recommend. OptionsHouse archives all of their webinars, so even if you skip one you will have future access and will not miss out on valuable information. We also really enjoyed the Live Chat feature, which allows you to talk to a representative from OptionsHouse and receive immediate answers and advice through an instant message.
The OptionsHouse Experience:
This site is easy to navigate and most of the information that you will need is laid out right in front of you. You should have no trouble finding any online stock trading information or options. The menu at the top of the page is broken down into tabs which include rates, tools, FAQ, forms, blog, webinars and a section simply titled "why." The blog has a ton of useful information that will help you keep track of the current trends, stock trading advice, and OptionsHouse updates. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find an extensive section dedicated to the management team which includes names, titles and bios of OptionsHouse employees. The tools tab opens a page that is literally packed with tools for online stock trading. Tools include risk viewer, trade generator, probability calculator and stock screener, just to name a few.

The customer support at OptionsHouse is impeccable. They offer a toll free phone number as well as a main office number and fax number. The telephone customer service is available Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm. Their business address is clearly listed so you can send snail mail or drop by if you live in the area. They also offer an email form which includes your name, email, phone number and a section for questions and comments. Lastly, they offer a Live Chat option which offers an instant message style contact and delivers automatic help and answers. The customer service representatives are helpful, knowledgeable and are happy to answer any question or concern that may arise.
