potential customer might require. Stock trading commissions are highly competitive and
pricing tables based on an average expected trading activity on a years
worth of trades. OptionsXpress offers the ability to trade stocks, options, bonds, futures, mutual funds and ETFs all in one online trading account.

Our favorite feature is the free newsletter and additional resources offsite (blog). The site itself was very similar to most of its competitors, with the exception of the top trade pricing banner which is run on a nearly live basis (15 minute delay).

Pricing is always a fairly complex affair with brokers but OptionsXpress
does offer a NBBO guarantee (National Best Bid or Offer).

OptionsXpress Customer Service:
Customer service is available by phone and/or chat making them fairly
easily accessible during the working week. We tested both options just to complete our OptionsXpress experience and were impressed with both routes. Our call was answered in less than 3 rings by a wonderful representative who helped us set our account up and handle our first trade. The Live Chat representative wasn't as helpful but seemed to be quite responsive to our questions. I loved that customer service is open on Saturdays which makes it very convenient for me, being that I work during the week and do most of my trades on the weekends. Even if you should need to contact them during the week, their customer service hours stretch until 10pm EST which is the latest hours I have seen so far.
