Customer Service
Customer service for Pay By Web can be reached at 727-289-7009 or via email at info@paybyweb.com. When we called the customer service phone number during normal business hours, we were greeted by an answering machine and were told to leave a message. We were contacted back within one business day and our questions were answered by a helpful sales person.
Upside
By providing so many varieties of credit card processing options, this merchant service provider stands out. Paypal merchant accounts are not an option that most merchant service providers are providing and this could be really good for any Ebay merchants or those who run their businesses strictly on internet or auction sites.
Downside
Customer service does not have a toll free phone number and someone who mans the line at all times. Customer service could be improved with availability 24/7 – or at least a friendly voice to answer all calls during normal business hours without going to voicemail.
