The tools on this website were by far my favorite feature. As I was browsing through the information listed on the website, I noticed that they provide a counter on their site which enables you to see first hand how much time you have to apply in order to receiev the funds the very next day! This is something I have never seen before on the other payday loan sites and it made the experience must easier to know how much time I actually had to apply!
The Payday One Loan Process:
PayDay One's online application process was quick and relatively painless. The only thing we didn't like about this online application was the fact that you have to give your email address and create a user ID and password before you even see the application, which could be a deterrent for some users. Once you are approved for the payday loan, the funds are deposited directly into your checking or savings account the next business day. It is important to note that although PayDay One offers next day loan options, You would need to apply Monday through Thursday before 6pm EST in order to recieve your funds the next day. Applications which are received on Friday before 6pm EST, will receive their funds on Monday. Any and all applications which are received during the weekend will fund on Tuesday!
Payday Loan Payments:
When your paycheck loan payment becomes due, the funds are withdrawn directly from the account they were deposited into. You have the option of paying the entire balance at once, the finance charges and a portion of the principle or just the finance charges. Depending on which state you live in, you may be able to pay off the loan early and receive prorated finance charges. Payday One does charge a fee for their loans which ranges between $14.50 - $30.00 per every hundred borrowed from them. This is pretty standard in the industry so I wasn't too concerned with it, after all, it is a small price to pay to get the cash you need, when you need it!
Payday Loan Requirements:
In order to qualify for a paycheck loan with PayDay One, you must have a checking account that is in good standing and you must not have had any bounced checks or overdraft charges in the past 30 days. Your checking account must also have a positive balance and you must provide proof of income and access to an email address. Applicants are required to be at least 18 years of age or older and a U.S. Citizen.

Payday One Customer Support:Customer support is available via phone and email. When we called the customer support number, the phone was answered immediately and we were able to speak with a rep. Our rep answered our questions thoroughly.
When we sent an inquiry via email, we received an auto-response telling us we would be answered within 24 hours. Approximately 24 hours after we sent our initial inquiry, we received another response stating that they could not locate an account with our email address and to resubmit the question from an email address connected to a loan account, meaning they would not provide a response to our email question unless we already had a loan out with the company.
Upside:
The application process is simple and straightforward and the approval process is very fast.
Downside:
Providing email address and personal info prior to application access.
