Customer support is available via phone and email. When we called the customer support number, the phone was answered immediately and we were able to speak with a rep. Our rep answered our questions thoroughly.
When we sent an inquiry via email, we received an auto-response telling us we would be answered within 24 hours. Approximately 24 hours after we sent our initial inquiry, we received another response stating that they could not locate an account with our email address and to resubmit the question from an email address connected to a loan account, meaning they would not provide a response to our email question unless we already had a loan out with the company.
