We appreciated the fact that a human answered our inquiry to the customer service email and there was no auto-generated response sent. The response by the customer service representative was professional and the representative offered to customize a package based on the questions asked. There was no up selling of other products or services which again was a breath of fresh air. Instead, the representative offered to add the service inquired about at no charge.
We were very happy to see that Resume Writing Service has recently added a toll free number to contact their customer service department! Our call was answered with rapid speed, not even a second were we on hold. We were greeted by a pretty upbeat representative who seemed quite eager to help us. We liked how he immediately stated that he was not a Professional Resume Writer but instead a Professional Customer Service representative.
