Star Reviews thought we'd spend the afternoon reviewing some student loans and when we went "undercover" looking for the best ones, SimpleTuition was one of the lenders we encountered. When we first came to the SimpleTuition website, we were immediately attracted to the look and feel of the site. The layout was outstanding and the site really "wowed" us right off the bat.
The SimpleTuition website proved to be an invaluable resource. Not only did we find useful information on the best student loans available, but we were able to compare student loans, get loan advice and even learn about financial aid programs.
One other thing that stood out about the SimpleTuition experience is that they had a few resources we thought we'd be returning to the site to visit, such as the student loan blog and student loan articles.
The SimpleTuition website proved to offer a wealth of information in an easy-to-follow and well-laid-out format. We couldn't have been more impressed.

SimpleTuition's Customer Service:
When it comes to SimpleTuition's customer service, all we have to say is WOW! Fast and responsive would sum it up nicely.
SimpleTuition offers customer service via email support. You can also snail mail them, but I don't advise it unless you don't mind waiting on the postal service for your customer service response. Email support was very responsive. In fact, they were one of the quickest to get back to us. The answer wasn't as in-depth as we would have expected had we talked to someone in person.
Upside:
