Customer Support:
Single Parent Match offers a wonderful Help/FAQS database, as well as snappy email support. Star Reviews received a response about free membership within a matter of hours. Phone support was also efficient, answering our call within minutes. However, there was no toll-free number for those who may not want to pay long-distance fees.

Upside:
Great membership options. Free trial membership option plan. Visually appealing website with fun quirks, like “winks.” Great customer service. Easy-to-use search mechanism. Suggestion box for daters with new ideas.

Downside:
No toll-free support number.

Single Parent Match Summary:
We really applaud Single Parent Match for keeping their website functional and entertaining. We loved the fun features such as 'winks' and 'Friends Circle' where members can comment each other, reminiscent of MySpace. There is a limited free trial membership, but keep in mind to communicate with other singles, you need to be a member. A basic service plan is $29.95 a month, which is a bit on the steep side when compared to their competition. But, customer support is good here should you need it. We recommend them!
