When it comes to adult DVD rental websites, SugarDVD.com is top notch! We found no hidden fees, superior customer service and of course, every title we could think of is available here! Star Reviews was not disappointed. Everything on the website from the advertisements to the video categories to the actual DVD box covers (which are displayed in the highest quality, by the way) are designed in a layout that is appealing but not cluttered! We also appreciated that we didn't have to dig through the site to find the free trial. It was clearly displayed at the top of the homepage, right beside the option to view their membership plans!

SugarDVD Customer Service:
In order to actually compare adult DVD rental websites services, it is imperative that you pay attention to the customer service. Since you are ordering over the Internet, chances are you will probably need to contact them at least once or twice during the life of your membership, as problems with shipping and damaged DVD's can easily happen. SugarDVD has you covered. Their customer service department is one of the best we've seen from an adult DVD rental website. Not that we expected anything less from the Best Rental Website!
SugarDVD offers several email addresses to reach their customer service department. Of course, we utilized both to test the response time! We received a confirmation email from both addresses almost instantly which verified that our email requests were received and that a representative would contact us within 24 hours. Sure enough, one of the emails received a response within about 5 hours or so with a detailed procedure to handle our issue and a direct number to contact if we had any further trouble. The second email was responded to a bit later in the day with the same procedure but with the toll free number for customer service instead.
For those of you who would rather skip the cyber chase, we also tested the toll free customer service number as well. I must admit, here is where SugarDVD's customer service stands above the rest! I felt like I was on the phone with the producer of the movies. The representative I spoke with was eager to help me. He gave me more information about the DVD's than I even asked for and even suggested some New Release titles I may enjoy! I can always appreciate customer service that explains hot to solve my issue but also highlights an alternate route I could take that may be more convenient for me! Kudos to SugarDVD for this!
