If you sell your tickets via the consignment service, a 15% commission fee will be taken from the sale price of the tickets.
Return Policy:
TicketsNow does not offer a return policy, although they do guarantee all tickets sold on their site to be authentic. They also offer a 100-percent refund policy for tickets to events that are canceled and are not rescheduled.
Customer Support:
Tickets Now offers customer support via phone, email and an online FAQ database. The phone support was very helpful, answering our questions thoroughly and in a professional manner. The online FAQ database was also comprehensive and addressed most questions a customer would have. Email support, however, was not as responsive. As of the writing of this review, we had not yet received a response to our email inquiry.
