Customer Support:
There is a fantastic amount of information available on the Wanted List site, and most questions can be answered in the FAQ section. However, there is no phone support available. Wanted List uses the customer feedback form system which is notorious for being un-responsive. They recently added a direct email address which is much better. Star Reviews got a response on the next business day after we sent through our query. Not bad at all.

Upside:
Largest online adult DVD rental service - Well established - Has won several industry awards for its high standards.

If anyone ever has difficulty in reaching our support center, please feel free to email us directly at the email address listed on our support page (listed above the contact form). We never want our customers disappointed, but sometimes we simply don't receive the message!

I have a Q of over a hundred titles that all show SHORT wait but most have been that way since I first started over 8 months ago. I've tried getting a response but other than the auto-response I get nothing! I was also billed twice for one month and they've never responded or credited my account. They used to respond to emails but that was before Wanted took over urentdvds, not since! I give them 4 stars because I do get my DVDs sent out in a timely fashion(other than my backlog of older titles that they never seem to ship) and other than the one double bill they seem pretty reputable. They also have a pretty good selection but as noted many things(especially older titles, but new ones too) never seem to get shipped. Their website is also pretty good too and I like the reviews by members, I just wish someone was home to answer emails and such. Mixed review from me and I think when they run out of titles I'm interested in I'll try and switch to another company.

I was a member of wanted list for over a year. The site was great in the begining but later on it took for ever for them to post a returned DVD and also same to mail another one back, I think at the end the cycle took about two weeks or even more. The worst part of my rental was that I tried to cancel and then found out that there was no number to call, there was a cancellation tab on managing the account but it would not work. I finally had to call my credit card company to refuse to pay after numerous emails and then they still kept on billing me for up to 5 months. they sent me one dvd a month after I had tried to cancell and bill me for an 8 dvd plan
