Webroot Antivirus 2011 now comes equipped with Spy Sweeper making it a top of the line antivirus program that is sure to keep your computer protected at all times from harmful viruses, spyware, and much more. It is highly recommended by PC Magazine so we here at Star Reviews decided to take a look at it and see if it's really that good. The previous version made it towards the top of our list so we were looking forward to seeing if the new version does just as good or even better. Before we got the program installed and running, we decided to run a free scan on their official site and see what it picked up. It installed very quickly which means we were able to start testing it out much quicker than we
had anticipated. We ran a few scans and toyed with the features just to see if it slowed the computer down at all and to our surprise, it didn't. The scans were very successful and it removed the threats immediately. We also noticed that the interface had greatly improved making it easier to navigate.
All in all, we feel like this is a great program even for first time antivirus users. It would be
no surprise if Webroot Antivirus 2011 passed some of the programs that beat it in last years' versions.
